The personal data is stored digitally on a laptop that is solely managed and used by the owner of Isla Las Palmeras. Since Isla Las Palmeras cannot operate for its guests without using personal data (for example, to finalize a reservation, send a newsletter, pay tourist tax, etc.), this necessity provides a sufficient basis under the GDPR to use personal data.
