Cancellation Policy as of September 1, 2024

Cancellation
You are personally (financially) responsible for cancellations due to emergencies and/or force majeure shortly before or during your stay. We advise you to take out your own cancellation and/or travel insurance.

We require a deposit as stated in our general terms and conditions.

Important
Please see our cancellation policy below:

• For cancellations up to 60 days before arrival, we charge 25% of the accommodation cost.
• For cancellations between 30 and 60 days before arrival, 50% of the accommodation cost.
• For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before arrival, 75% of the accommodation cost.
• For cancellations from 14 days before arrival, the full accommodation cost. Normal cleaning fees will not be charged for cancellations.
