House Rules for Isla Las Palmeras:

• Check-in and Check-out: You can check into your suite from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Early arrivals may be possible; please check with us to see if your suite is available earlier. If you expect to arrive after 10:00 PM, kindly inform us. We also appreciate knowing your arrival time so we can welcome you appropriately. On the day of departure, please vacate your suite by 11:00 AM. Late check-out can be arranged upon request.

• Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask that you limit noise during this time.

• Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas of our suites. It is allowed in outdoor areas as long as it doesn’t disturb other guests. Ashtrays are provided, and we kindly ask that you dispose of ash and cigarette butts properly.

• Pets: Guest pets are not allowed.

• Pool Safety: Our pool is not fenced. As a guest, you are responsible for your own safety and that of any children with you. Parents are asked to keep an eye on their children at all times. Isla Las Palmeras owners are not liable for any inconveniences or accidents.

• Events and Parties: Parties and events are not allowed without the owners’ permission.

• Water Usage: Tap water is not drinkable. Large bottles of water are available for purchase. Drinks and water are available for purchase in our outdoor refrigerator. Information about pricing can be found on the refrigerator. Water is scarce in Spain, so please use it wisely. It’s important to store food in the refrigerator, especially fresh food, and avoid leaving it out.

• Air Conditioning: Many rooms have air conditioning. Please turn it off when you leave. The rooms will cool down within 15 to 30 minutes upon your return.

• Respect for Other Guests: Please respect your fellow guests at all times and be considerate of one another.
